Calbee Kataage Potato is one of the Japanese potato chip series characterized by a hard, crunchy texture and great thickness. This is a classic (lightly salted) flavor potato chip seasoned with kombu kelp.
Made with the very original cooking method first introduced in the US in the mid-19th century, which deeply fries the sliced potato straight from the pot for a long time. This product is a recreation of the old-fashioned potato chip.
