Sharpened using the traditional "honbazuke" technique, a traditional three-step hand-honing process performed by skilled craftsmen, it delivers razor-sharp precision and long-lasting durability.

The artificial marble handle adds a touch of luxury while ensuring hygiene and resilience. 

Lightweight and well-balanced, this knife is perfect for thinly slicing meats, prosciutto, roast beef, and even finely shredding cabbage with ease.
